I want to purchase an item that’s sold out! What do I do?

Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size. If the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on “notify me when available” and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

My order will not process and I know I have available funds?

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Most orders are in processing within 3 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer support to see if your order can still be edited or canceled. 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 7-15 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) other orders take longer to dispatch unless you selected Overnight or 2 day options at checkout.

My order says complete, but I haven’t received it?

Immediately after check out, customer will receive an order confirmation email. When the order ships, customers will receive a second email with tracking information. If customer has not receive tracking, the order is still being processed.

Why was I charged twice?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry, your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

How do I use a store credit code and coupon at the same time?

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
