SHIPPING

US domestic shipping

We process and ship orders from our U.S. warehouses Monday through Friday. Orders place before 1 PM EST will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. You will be charged and receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Although the majority of our items are shipped from our U.S warehouses some items are available for preorder and will ship directly from our supplier.

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Customer will receive their orders within 5-7 business days after it ships if they select the expedited shipping option, otherwise order can take between 7-15 business days. (Excluding holidays and weekends). Please note, Some orders do take longer than the 2-3 allocated business days to dispatch. The estimated delivery times are for after the order ships and does not include the 2-3 days for processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. All orders of $150 or more will require a signature at delivery. 

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for non-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from UPS or USPS along with your order from us, because of this any shipping issues must be handled by USPS, UPS and third party companies.

International shipping

International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.

All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.
